The chicken rearing project at Restore Hope Children’s Orphanage has been a remarkable success, marking a significant milestone in the community’s efforts to promote self-sufficiency. A new kitchen house was constructed to accommodate over 1,000 chickens, providing a dedicated space for raising broilers and Kuroilers for both consumption and sale. Currently, the project is thriving with over 1,000 chickens, contributing to the orphanage's food supply and generating income. Looking ahead, plans are underway to establish a new kitchen house capable of housing an additional 1,000 chickens, which will further enhance the project’s capacity and sustainability, ultimately benefiting the children and the community as a whole.
