Restore Hope Uganda Children Orphanage offers psychosocial support through counseling and activities to help children cope with trauma, low self-esteem, and behavioral challenges resulting from loss and abuse. Regular assessments and therapeutic interventions have led to significant improvements in their emotional well-being, confidence, and social skills, supporting their recovery and development.

Objectives

Help children process and recover from trauma and emotional distress.
Foster self-esteem and confidence, promoting healthy social interactions and relationships.
Provide a safe space for children to express their feelings, and supporting overall mental and emotional well-being to enable children to adapt and thrive in their environment.

Expected Outcomes

The outcomes of psychosocial support at Restore Hope Uganda has led to improved emotional resilience, increased self-esteem, better behavioral regulation, and enhanced social skills among the children.
